The City of Nelsonville is seeking individuals for seasonal/summer work. Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid Ohio Driver’s License.

Interested individuals will need to complete a City of Nelsonville Job Application. Applications may be picked up Nelsonville City Hall, 211 Lake Hope Drive, Nelsonville, Ohio 45764


Application Deadline: April 30, 2019

The City of Nelsonville is seeking individuals or contractors for grass mowing services of City’s parks and recreation areas. Interested individuals will be expected to provide labor, materials and equipment for the mowing and weed eating of City properties.

The individual or contractor must certify that all work will be performed in compliance with all Federal, State and Local safety laws, including, but not limited to, requirements outlined by OHSA, OBWC and ODPS.

Proof of participation in the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation program (Certificate of Premium payment) will need to be provided to the City before any work is begun.

The public is invited to attend.
