The City of Nelsonville Finance Committee held a meeting on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 7:15 PM at City Hall. The meeting was held to discuss,
- $1,000 appropriation to the Code Enforcement's operating supplies for fuel.
- Classifying the secretary position so that they can sign a union card.
- The committee previously sent to full council the authorization to place nuisance fees against the property tax card, however it did not make it to the agenda somehow. They still need that authorization.
- Jeff Traugh back pay.
- Ad Hoc Clerk Pay
- Mr. Holmes would like to suggest a Clerk for the committees to do minutes. (i.e. $50 per meeting; max of $2,500)
