The City of Nelsonville Auditor's Office is hosting a FREE city-wide community shred day, Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 9:00AM until 12:00PM at the City Hall parking lot.

Any Nelsonville resident, organization and business with proof of an address within the Nelsonville city limits, are welcome to bring a limit of 5 banker boxes or 5 equivalent size boxes of paper documents. The city will have a limited supply of banker boxes available for use on a first come first serve basis. Papers with paperclips and staples are acceptable, but binder clips must be removed. All drop offs should be in organized boxes; loose or bagged paper will not be accepted.
