The City of Nelsonville will hold a public meeting regarding the City’s Abandoned Mine Land Economic Revitalization (AMLER) grant application, on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM, at the fountain on the public square. Representatives from the City and DLZ engineering will be present to answer any questions regarding the grant application.

The Abandoned Mine Land Economic Revitalization (AMLER) grant program funds are used for the reclamation of Abandoned Mine Land sites that were mined for coal prior to 1977. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
