The Nelsonville City Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at City Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and consider.

• Council may go into a brief executive session in compliance with the Ohio Revised Code 121.22(g) to discuss pending litigation before the Ohio Supreme Court that involves the City.
• Possible report from the City Attorney.
• Public comment.
• Council discussion.
