- Under the Ohio Revised Code authorizing Council to enter into Executive Session regarding the Labor Agreement Contracts is O.R.C. 121.22(G)(4) (authorizing an executive session for the purpose of “preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment.”)
- Under the Ohio Revised Code authorizing Council to enter into Executive Session regarding pending litigation against the City (including to consider settlement of such pending litigation) is O.R.C. 121.22(G)(3) (authorizing an executive session for the purpose of “conferences with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.”)
- Ordinance 10-24: Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Athens County 9-1-1.
- Ordinance 11-24: Authorizing the City Manager to enter into and negotiate a contract with Mr. Robe as City Attorney.
- Ordinance 12-24: Adopting the 2024 Staffing Ordinance.
