As of September 9, 2024, Chapter 152 of the City of Nelsonville's code will be updated to include new flood damage regulations. These regulations are set forth to ensure full compliance from the City with applicable Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) regulations.
