The City of Nelsonville announces that the Canal Street construction project is continuing. Concrete and paving have started on East Canal Street from Watkins Street to Burr Oak Boulevard. The roadway will be closed to all traffic. A detour has been established using Watkins Street, Chestnut Street and Burr Oak Boulevard.
Concrete and paving have started on West Canal Street from Madison Street to September Street. The roadway will be closed to all traffic. A detour has been established using Madison Street, West Columbus Street and September Street.
