5:30 PM – Street Committee

• Improving snow removal in and around Public Square
  • Focus on transition areas between parking spaces, curbs, and sidewalks
  • Ensuring local businesses remain accessible and welcoming during large snowfall events
  • Exploration of equipment solutions and other available options
• Budget review for 2026 projects following finalization of the City’s Certificate of Resources

6:15 PM – Police and Fire Committee

• Request to schedule Police and Fire Department tours for committee members

6:30 PM - Finance Committee

• Discussion of funding for middle school baseball

6:50 PM – Planning and Develop Committee

• Possibility of honoring a community member
• Discussion regarding formation of a grant writing committee for buildings located on the Square
